What happens at a Beast Mode Games event?

Beast Mode Games is a high-energy, multi-stage fitness course that tests your speed, strength and endurance. Each pair faces a series of stations, split as you want. Every solo entry completes everything. From lunges and lifts, to burpees and ball slams, you’ll compete against the clock, and yourselves.

The Challenge

Each zone is followed by either a row or a ski erg. Let’s gooooooooo!

1 - Ball slams
80 Reps

Men: 10kg | Women: 5kg | Mixed: 7kg

Power. Aggression. Release.

Lift the slam ball high and throw it down with everything you've got. Slam with force, lift and repeat

2 - Step Ups
60 Reps

20-inch box

Steady pace. Both feet up, both feet down.

Bodyweight only, but your quads and glutes will feel the burn. Control matters, especially when your heart’s pounding.

3 - KB Swings
80 Reps

Men: 20kg | Women: 12kg | Mixed: 16kg

Hinge, swing, repeat.

Explosive power from the hips with tight control through the shoulders. Reps counted when at chest height.

4 - Sit Ups
60 Reps Synchro

Core burner.

Standard or butterfly.
Solo: 60 on your own.
Doubles: 60 each, keep in time with each other to keep those reps coming! (High fives encouraged.)

5 - DB Snatch
80 Reps

Men: 15kg | Women: 7kg | Mixed: 10kg

One arm at a time. Explosive, controlled. Alternate arms or switch as needed. Dumbbell from ground to overhead in one fluid motion.

6 - Walkouts
30 Reps Synchro

Suffer together.

Solo: 30 on your own.
Doubles: 30 each (synchronised)
Walk hands forward to a full plank position, back to your feet and stand up tall. That’s one rep. Only 29 more to go.

The Beast Finisher

Sandbag Walking Lunges – 40m

Men: 20kg | Women: 10kg  | Mixed: 15kg

Knee touching the floor. Balance, coordination, and grit are your best friends here.

Burpee Broad Jumps – 40m

(Sorry)

Drop into a burpee, (chest must touch the floor) step or jump up, broad jump forward, repeat. It’s a mental and physical grind. Every jump gets you closer to that finish line.
